bit too much imo, you need at least 2 rest days, drop a weights day and a cardio day, plenty of rest is key.

well state your goals properly next time you gave the impression you just wanted too cut, but either way rest day/s need to be added.

I would focus on one goal at a time myself.

As for the cardio, i would nail your diet and add 1-2 cardio sessions a week, if you lose fat then leave it there until it slows down, then add a bit more cardio or drop calories etc.

Whenever i diet down i try not to do everything straight away, just enough to get my fat decreasing at a decent rate....it leaves something to add when fat loss slows down IMO.

I've been cutting up nicely on 4 weigths sessions a week and 3 hiit sessions a week, sometimes just 2 hiit sessions depending what ive got on done in an alternating fashion. I rely more on smaller calorie cuts to drop the pudge. I reckon it's a complete myth that you can't undertrain, only undereat plus I wan't a life outside of working out If your diet is sorted you shouldn't need much cardio

Id say start with 3 days and work your way up to 5 or 6 as the progress slows down. Also, as stated, the more strict the diet and lower the calories the less cardio you need to do.

Personally I prefer more cardio and eating a bit more. This way I dont get hungry and the fact Im eating more means by body is getting more nutrition - cant be a bad thing.

Ive been cutting for 5 months and am by no means an expert but can tell you from my experience. I started with 4 days cardio a week and now do 5 days on, 1 day off (and repeat). Do 40 mins first thing in the morning - jogging outdoors.
Have some protein before and protein and half a banana after - I think pre/post-cardio nutrition is important to avoid strength/muscle loss.

Again, no expert but this has worked for me (gone from approx 20% - 10% bodyfat in 5 months with no real loss in strength in the gym)

I did cardio virtually every day and weights about 4 days a week when I was cutting for the MT comp.I lost 23lbs of fat and not really much if any muscle.I dont think every day cardio is excessive if intensity is kept low.
