cutting cycle

whats the best to take to get rid of the fat and keep as much muscle as i can my diet is how i like it same with my training what combo works the best t3 /clen what steroids winstrol trenbolne  not used anything to bulk up i am 13 st 5 around 19%  body fat i have used before variuos steroids to bulk but not to cut knowledge is the key so its your knowledge i am after

    test will keep u ur muscle and stick to a clean diet and cardio and ul drop weight and keep muscle

    im sittin around the same as u im starting my cut tomorrow im 17% bf 5ft 10 and 13.5

    13st 5, 19% bodyfat and you have already used gear to bulk up?
     
    Did you eat anything? How tall are you? What is your previous cycle experience?
     
    Cutting is down to DIET not meds...

    Still waiting to dead 300kg......

    Mr burn many people are not always really heavy, can not always slate weight unless its like 60kg LOL
     
    regarding a cut you could do it naturally or do 250mg test e a week to help maintain muscle while in a calorie deficit

    Danny - not the weight mate it's the high bodyfat and the implication of multiple cycles experience that leads me to question. If it was a guy saying he was only on a second cycle at that weight (I would still question the bf%) I wouldn't have commented.

    no i have not used any for a coulpe of years to bulk up i want to get rid of some fat and keep as much as muscle as poss i am 41 now so at thet age where it gets harder so a little help is what i am after thanks

    Fair enough. What Danny has said is a good start - 250 Test per week will do you well to retain muscle in a defecit, just make sure the diet is nailed alongside to get teh best out of it.

    My advise would to go diet section create a post about a bodyfat stripping diet etc, many people will comment and advise on your diet, also state what sort of training you do / cardio / lifestyle / job / sleep
     
    When that is nailed and sorted you have a great base then re ask the question in this section and get a better response.
     
    But I imagine most response would be 250mg test to maintain muscle or natural to you get to around 14% bf.

    Lose the fat with a good structured diet, then when at a low enough level THAT you are pleased with Lean bulk from there after keeping an eye on BF% level as you bulk
