You seem to be quite a fan of peanut butter, is there any point?

Are you doing the full body workout thinking that it will hep you cut? Were you doing something similar whilst building?

No peanut butter is not a source of health fats, it's mainly hydrogenated rapeseed oil with peanuts salt and sugar. It should be called peanut flavour rapeseed oil really. In theory it is possible to find peanut butter that only has peanut oil in it, but you'll be hard pushed.

The whole body workout will not burn significantly more calories that a split workout that takes the same length of time in the gym, but you will find that you will be using far lighter weights which will mean that the muscle you have built won't have any reason to hang around. This is a very common mistake.

When you are cutting it is vitally important that you continue or increase the intensity of your muscle building workout.
