cutting diet help!!!!

Looking to lose some flab

between the hours of 6am an 2pm i work and only get the chance to sit down and eat at 10am 
 
6am -40g oats
        40g whey
        250ml water
         250ml milk
        1 apple

8:30  - 40g oats
        40g whey
        250ml water
         250ml milk
 
10 -   75g, pasta
       various vegys
       100g chicken or beef or tuna
 
1:30 -40g oats
        40g whey
        250ml water
         250ml milk
 
2:30 Train

3:30/4 - 50g pasta
            vegys
            100g chicken or beef or tuna
 
7 - 1 tub of quark, spoonful of pb, spoonfull of jam

10 - whey and milk
 
any tips to improve, am sure there are loads lol, much appreciated

    So at other times, are you allowed to stand up and eat?  Seems a bit restrictive to only be able to have a shake.  What about things like protein bars, nuts etc.
