cutting diet please critique

cutting diet

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

hi im already in good shape just want to cut bf, been on this diet about a week so far now and gonna continue for at least another month. only eat this every day, dont drink, and got an injured foot so cant do any cardio.

just want to see what you guys think of it?? also, im still very hungry early evening so is this normal on a cut or should i add something more in?

any help/advice much appreciated

meal 1: 50g porridge oats, 1 serving udo's choice, protein shake

meal 2: 3x dark rye ryvita with 150g low fat cottage cheese

meal 3: 200g chicken breast with 200g broccoli

meal 4: 200g chicken breast with 200g broccoli

meal 5: 1x canned tuna with xtra lite mayo

protein shake after workout

meal 6: 200g salmon with 3/4 cup brown rice

the chicken breast i have is mini breast fillets which are coated with a tomato and basil sauce (2.3g fat) which im hoping is ok? also i have hollondaise sauce with the salmon which contains 2.8g fat - this ok?

does it look ok to get good results after a month or so?

cheers

How much protein for breakfast? ? ?

How many carbs does 200 grams of broccoli yield? ? ?

It will be harder to shift fat without cardio.

Is your protein shake just whey?
Feeling hungry shouldn't be a side affect of dieting - try drinking more water and maybe add some sugar free jelly in there. Helps make you feel nice and full.

If the broccoli only brings 15 grams of carbs per 200 grams then up the healthy fats in those 2 meals.

i'm told cardio really isnt that necessary with strict dieting. just one scoop fort breakfast which yields 22g protein. what would you change? does calorie intake seem sufficient?

also, do you think i am worrying too much about stuff like fat content in sauces seeing as im being very strict in general?

i was given the diet slightly different...i added the tuna in myself cos i got so hungry so i dont really dont want to add too much. my friend who gave me it did it without the tuna and got ridiculously well cut so i dont see why i am so hungry when he is bigger than me.

and yes its just whey protein - as opposed to what do u mean? its PHD Pharma Whey if you've heard of it mate

Some people can get lean without cardio, some cant, you will have to see how you react.

Up the protein at breakfast time.

Don't worry about the odd gram or two of fats or carbs found in sauces. Your not trying to get sub 8% so I really wouldn't worry.

Do you have any idea of how many calories it is in total.

How many grams of fat, carbs, protein? ? ?

Calorie restriction will almost always result in hunger pangs. As you say drinking plenty will help, but as a general rule being indefict will result in hunger and cravings.

Assuming you have a sound diet in terms of pro, carbs, fats and meal timing and the correct training stimulus is there. Then calories will be the determining factor in any weight lost. From my experience, if I stay in calorie deficit my appetite seems to increase and gets stronger the longer I am in deficit and the leaner I get. Some foods score higher on satiety and should help somewhat.
