cutting - how much have you lost ?

how much fat/weight have you lost on a cutting diet? just trying to get some guidance here. i will be aas assisted and be using t-3 and clen for 6 weeks, along with eph as and when needed to curb appetite.

Im gonna be looking to lose 2 stone in 7 weeks, i've been bulking for a while now, doin no cardio and eating generally what i want.

So really i just want to know how much weight you lost, what you used and if you could post up your cardio routine that would help also - just trying to get some ideas on what im looking at in the next 7 weeks.

Well if your asisted using test i would of thought it would be much easyer to keep uscle than if you did it naturally. First time i ever did a cut........i basically lost what ide spent a year gaining. Most likely down to lack of knowledge ie. poor cutting diet, and long cardio sessions at high intensity, but ya soon learn

How much weight you loose dosent come into it on aas cutting imo.

    look at my pics

    starting weight 85kg
    current weight 82kg

does that look like a 6lb loss ??

    Yes mate, it is.
Why dont you clean your diet up firstly as that will contribute greatly. Too much cardio as mentioned etc will eat into whatever you hae gained.

thats good locust thats what i was looking for results, pics etc, i said weight/fat loss as i know weight isnt necessarily a good indication of a good cut. was that assisted with fat loss supplements?

im currently 16st not sure of % but you can see my abs in the morn and i'm 5ft 11. been training 4 yrs now, ive done the weight loss and gaining etc etc. but i want this to be a proper cut and get to around 8-10% bf

Pip ive been bulking so i've been eating as much as i can this includes a lot of carbs pastas, sauces etc etc i know my diet will have to be clean, and i know too much cardio will eat into the gains cheers though.

thanks for the replies so far.

    Thanks mate.

Have a read of my journal, its all there.

basically, 500mg of test enth per week, 25mg privion, through out.

added a fat burner in week 5, after i had used up all space for cardio.
curreently using clen, no need to put a fat burner in untill you need to imo.
