Should be a good read. What are you going to be running? What's the diet?

will be running 1g test per week mate - diet im just dropping carbs and fats slowly at the minute, carbs about 200g, protein 3-350gms , aiming for 1-2lbs per week fat loss, when things start to slow up then i wil keep dropping carbs more till around 75-100gms, also using H.I.I.T cardio mate..

    Good luck mate.
A question on droping carbs. Whats the best way to do it? Can you post your proposed diet as well? I am gonna start cutting soon and I want a strict diet as well as I have a lot of body fat..

ok yesterday (wednesday) i had a rest day from weights but did a long cardio session, 20mins crosstrainer,10 mins row, 10mins treadmill all at about 65%, diet was as follows

    10.30am - 50gms whey
    11am 1 weetabix, 3 eggs, 2 yolks
    1pm 20gms whey
    2.15pm cardio
    3.00pm 50gms whey
3.15 pm small bowl fruit and fibre, pint skimmed milk
6pm 2 pork chops, cottage cheese,
8.30pm 2 steak burgers, too much pasta :( and a bowl of ice cream (silly me)
    11.00pm 50gms whey , teaspoon olive oil..

pissed of about eating the ice cream and a little to much pasta but hey its not going to kill me and it wont happen to often, and it was a special occasion..
