cutting?

hi it has come to slimming season again i would like a little help in retaining muscle, i have been told that winstrol is gd for this, i have been reading up on this the last wk or so and this seems to be true but im also reading contridicting info.

do i need anti estrogens at all?
is it ok to take on its own or best to take with something else?
should i just take 50's for 6 wks or go progressively up and then back down again?

cheers

IMO ,if you are going to run just an oral when cutting look at Anavar.Whinny will do the job.

Not 100% sure on PCT dose for a light course like this.

    Good luck Daz

if you didnt use steroids to build the muscle, you dont need it to keep the muscle.

steroids will do nothing whatsoever to help you burn fat.

the answer lies in diet, cardio and training for yourself.

I know its inevitable when cutting to lose some mass and this is y I want to take something to stop this happening, I thought winny would help. If it won't is there anything out there that can?
    Cheers

sorry mate, what do you mean by 'loose mass'?

of course you have to loose mass, thats the whole point, to reduce bodyfat!

if your hoping that magically you can take a few pills and stay the same 'size' and weight while cutting fat and getting lean then your wrong, and in for alot of disappointment.

if by 'loose mass'  you mean loose muscle, then no its not inevitable on a cut, if your diet is correct.

Winstrol only gives a hardened look to the muscle which is already low enough bodyfat to be seen, bodyfat and cutting is all about diet and cardio not drugs. If your protein intake is high enough you wont loose muscle size, you should be aiming for 30mins cardio in the morning before your first meal low intensity like walking on a treadmill, take this to 45mins after 4-6 weeks. If your fat loss slows perhaps consider ECA. You should expect 1-2lbs loss per week. If your diet is bang on you wont loose much size muscle wise.

what i guess i mean is, the only place that there is visible fat is on my stomach which i removed last yr by dieting (more protein less carbs) and more cardio but i found i lost size around my chest, shoulders and arms where there isnt any fat well none that i can see anyway.
maybe i wasnt dieting correctly as u say?

no mate, i think more likely you are underestimating the amount of fat, and how well 'hidden' it can be.  even if you dont look to be holding fat, there will still be a layer there under the skin, between the muscles etc etc

i have abs in off season, yet loose nearly 2 stone to get on stage.

i know you dont want to be that lean, but getting rid of fat on the abs, means loosing fat from everywhere.  when you get nice and lean, it always means looking smaller in clothes, because you are smaller!

People say I look around 13% bf is poses however I am more like 17 - 19 % I hold fat on chest and in tops looks big I am sure if shredded on stage I will drop to below 80kg I am around 96kg now

As Dazc said people underestimate their fat %

Best way to put on solid muscle quickly is to cut down to a low bodyfat and then clean bulk straight after. So don't look at it as getting smaller look at it as getting bigger and looking better.
