cutting natural or not

anybody who has cut naturally and assisted could you compare the two please
major diff's if was any and what you used.thankyou

    I have not mate but i would strongly suspect ctuting with gear is far more effective than doing so naturally  I suppose it all depends on what your goals are though mate to be honest.

    cheers pal for the reply its just i think partyboy ive read say a few times to cut naturally untill maybe ur in anvadnced stage and i know muscle loss would be minimal assisted but just wondered if anyone had tried both routes

    That's correct. If a person has any clue about dietary needs and manipulation and is not near or above genetic limits, they should have no trouble getting to reasonable bodyfat levels without muscle loss concerns

    Problem these days is anabolics are seen as the cure of all ills.
