cutting routine

Hi guys ive just started a cutting phase and just wanted to check my program was ok. For my cardio im doing HIIT after my weight sessions is this the best to do for fat loss or should i change this, thanks for the help in advance.

Tuesday
Shoulders

Overhead Dumbbell Press - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Seated/Standing Bent-over Lat Raise - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Seated/Standing Dumbbell Lat Raise - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Cable/Dumbell Front Raise - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Kneeling Weighted cable crunches – 4 sets 25
Med ball twists - 4 sets 40
Treadmill - 5mins warm up, 20 mins HIIT, 5 mins cool down

Wednesday
Back

Pull Ups – 5 sets to failure
Deadlift - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Seated Cable Row - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Arm Row - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Crunches - 4 sets 25
Leg Raises - 4 sets 10
Treadmill - 5mins warm up, 20 mins HIIT, 5 mins cool down


Thursday
Legs and Triceps

Smith machine squats - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Leg Curl - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Leg Extension - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Calf Raise - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Tricep Extension - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Tricep Kickback/one arm extension - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Treadmill - 5mins warm up, 20 mins HIIT, 5 mins cool down

Saturday

Chest, Biceps and Abs

Dumbbell Press - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Incline Dumbbell Press - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Cable Crossover/Dumbbell Flyes - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Dumbbell Curls - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Hammer Curls - 4 sets 4-6 reps heavy weights
Kneeling Weighted cable crunches – 4 sets 25
Med ball twists - 4 sets 40

    No offence mate but it is a horrid routine IMO

    Checkout threads at top of section for some tried and tested routines.

    Why is it not possible to do HIIT following weights, should i do sscv after weights and HIIT on a seperate day then.
