cutting up a bit

Hi people, im currently bulking, but im thinking of cutting about 6 weeks before my holiday, i have never tried to lose weight before so im a bit unsure what to do, but i have a bit to lose on my chest and a tiny bit on my belly to get my abs to show and more define chest. Im currently 13 stone and i thnk im about 20% bodyfat. Im thinking of cardio 3-4 times a week 20 mins to half an hour. With my diet im thinking of cutting carbs and keeping protein high, below is a rough idea

8.00 protein shake, 2 egg whites, 2 scoops of oats, banana
10.30 tin of tuna with salad and mixed beans
1.00 chicken breast with green beans maybe a bit of rice
3.00 turkey of tuna sandwich, apple
5.00 2 scoops protein
6.00 - train
7.00 1 scoop of protein
8.00 chicken breast with green beans
10.00 4 egg whites, flax seed oil tablet, and multi vitamin

any help of suggestions would be a great help thanks.

    Not sure how much fat you'll lose in 6 weeks mate, i'd give it a little longer tbh.
    I'd up the cardio to 50mins to an hour each time unless its HIIT.
    diet looks ok, might want to include a wee bit more healthy fats i'f you're only having the one tablet before bed. Swap the tuna for oily fish in one of your meals maybe? might be too much protein at breakfast depending on your pro shake

    8.00 protein shake, 2 egg whites, 2 scoops of oats, banana
    10.30 tin of mackerel with salad and mixed beans
    1.00 chicken breast with green beans maybe a bit of rice- keep rice portion down to maybe 30g
    3.00 turkey of tuna sandwich, apple- use granary bread
    5.00 2 scoops protein-
    6.00 - train
    7.00 1 scoop of protein
    8.00 chicken breast with green beans
    10.00 4 egg whites, flax seed oil tablet, and multi vitamin

    Id have some carbs after training mate and id change meal time from every 2hrs apart to 3hrs
    also have more efa's
