cutting: weight loss slowing down

i am cutting at the moment can see the outline of my abs, I have lost about 14lbs, but the weight is slowing down.

I eat 75g of brown rice or pasta pre workout and post workout, I also take in 40g of oats in the morning, (75g on non training day and only 50g of pasta later on)

How much would I need to reduce the carbs by too start the ball moving again? I am gpoing to start runnning 3-4 mornings a week as well.

    hi mate

ok, its likely the weight loss will slow after an initial period of loss

up the output and leave intake as it is for now

so add the extra cardio for a month, see where you go

Yea like Toxic said, up the cardio. I found great results doing cardio atleast 5 days a week(1st thing in the morning), switching between 20-30min HIIT and 40-50min moderrate jog, either every other day, or every other week, just mix it up. I am now down to about 7% (crazy striations everywhere, especially when lifting), and I have recently had to lower my carb intake to barely anything besides morning, and post workout. But for now, I would just up the cardio and try switching it up like I suggested. Good luck man, It takes a lot of will power to get shredded without Anabolics.

I alos suggest taking a fat burner, I just began taking animal cuts, its only been a few days so I dont have much feedback on them yet, but so far so good. Methyl ripped worked well for me, they gave great energy for that morning run.

BTW: I began cutting about 5 months ago, when I was at about 20%BF which I had been holding throughout highschool for about 5 years. I havent looked or felt this good in a while. Keep up the hard work bro, TRUST ME its worth it. I'll be posting pics within a few weeks when I finish my cut.

El, start cycling your carbs mate, youll start losing the fat a lot quicker.

Are you on eph n clen?

Why dont you try a routine like
    day 1: med carbs
    day 2: low carbs
    day 3: med carbs
    day 4: med carbs
    day 5: low carbs
    day 6: extremely low carbs
    day 7: v high carbs

    Keep protein constant.

Use glutamine pre morning cardio and make sure you intake 10-20g whey imeadiately post cardio, wait 30 mins then start off your first meal. Start doing cardio twice per day. Make sure you leave yourself 6-7 hours from cardio to lifting though mate so space it out evenly.

All my meals are protein/ fat
except for 1st thing in mrningand round about traiing.

I got the diet from TT and its been working so I aint changing anything about it, part from reducing carbs a little if I needed too.

Will up the cardio see how I get on.

Fairplay mate if you want to stick to it. If you want to reduce carbs then do so by all means but make sure you do it on as weekly basis. By this i mean concentrate on all calories consumed the whole week. Have some high days and some low days, some med days and extra low days...as long as there is an overall reduction in carbs then itll work. Your body is plateuing because you are getting acustomed to this diet, you need to shock it...or else youll just go catabolic and the whole thing will be a waste.

increase aerobic activity,do not cut down on your intake.
eat a few(about 2) good cheat meals and take a day extra to rest, then go all out.
you will start losing again. carb cycling is a good idea as this keeps the metabolism 'guessing'. change your carb sources to very low glycemix carbs on some days and on some days eat your normal carbs, some days lower and some days higher. as said above.
