could you tell me a basic plan eg how many carbs, how much cardio training(what type of cardio).....
i have tried cutting before but it wasn't successful so now i really wanna do it right.
i know to drink a protien shake before hiit and not to eat anything after until a hour later but apart from that im clueless.
lifts;
bench press- 65kg-8
squat- 70kg-20
deadlift- 90kg-6
barbell curl- 25kg-5
skull crushers-20kg-7
lateral raises- 10kg-10
