cutting-protien intake

im gonna cut for the next 6 weeks do 4 times weights and 3 days of hiit+skipping

my goal is to lose 4pounds of "fat".

to prevent losing muscle how much protien should i be taking.

im 85kg and 6.1ft tall at 15%body fat

lifts;

bench press- 65kg-8
squat- 70kg-20
deadlift- 90kg-6
barbell curl- 25kg-5
skull crushers-20kg-7
lateral raises- 10kg-10

    4 pounds of fat in 6 weeks? i bet you can do it in 2 weeks with the right diet. I don't think you should cut your protein down at all and keep it as high as you can(250g+ daily I'd say) just to maintain muscle mass. just cut down on the carbs and up the cardio you should be fine.

    i wasn't saying that i was gonna cut my protien, i meant when im cutting how much protien as in more/less/the same

    could you tell me a basic plan eg how many carbs, how much cardio training(what type of cardio).....

    i have tried cutting before but it wasn't successful so now i really wanna do it right.

    i know to drink a protien shake before hiit and not to eat anything after until a hour later but apart from that im clueless.

    Yes you can .gif and .jpg files are supported as long as they arn't too big
