cycle and diet/supplement advice

27 year old male13.4 stonebmi 25bodyfat 12%
max flat bench 135 kgmax incline 100kgmax decline 90 kgmax shoulder press 92 kgmax dembell curl 32kg
Been training about 3 years, more consistant the last two yearsnatural for first 18 months then had a few oral and injectable courses
1st oral nap 50s2nd oral dbol1st injectable , test cyp, decca, sus 250, stanzabol2nd, tren, test ent, bold,3rd, masteron, omdadren, dbol4th, anavarpct after last two courses, nolvadex and clomid
my cycles are all over the place, i have just took what i could afford or get hold of at the time, usually only lasting 4 -6 weeks
i am wanting a course say inject mon and thurs lasting about 8 - 12 weeksthat will increase lean muscle mass/size, i am not really concerned with getting stronger, i am wanting to also lower by body fat by about 2 percent, but also increase my weight to about 14 stone, at my heaviest point i was 14.5
my diet is clean 5 days a week, steak, chicken, fish, pasta, rice, potatoes,nuts, afterglow, pro-peptide, ss-in juice, milk thistle, multivits.
routine is usually mon chest -flat, incline decline, flys, ropes,tue biceps, triceps, forearmsweds shoulders, presses, raises, pullups,facepulls, arnold press, shrugsthurs, back, rows, pullups, lat pulldowns, single arm cable pullsfri restsat, biceps, triceps, forearmssun rest

any input would be appreciated even negative
