right, into post cycle therapy now, id say im holding ZERO water now, looking leaner which is nice, can be attributed to the clen and a bit less of the crap food

weight is 236lb and steady. gonna add some tribulis and havent started the kyno yet, general health i think is starting to get better. although clomid is naff, im so thinking about emotional stuff all the time.

measurements at the mo
neck 19"
chest 49"
bi's 17 3/4"
waist 37"
quads 28"
calves 17 1/2"

not too bad.
just another quick update, will be more soon

staring weight 225lbs,
height 6ft, bf% guess at 13-14%
stats
chest 47"
waist 36"
bi/tri 17.5"
quads 27"
calves 17"

weight is still a constant 237lb, which is nice

kyno started a yesterday, feeling really awake though not as wired as i thought as im using clen aswell. only at 60mcg as an anti-cat but its a nice feelin.

hunger is really back with avengance, if i dont eat every 1 1/2-2hrs i get hunger pains, so thats another plus sign

throat is still painfull, always been a bane throughout my life, nothin changes there. a week into clomid and all is good.

Keep at it Pete, now is one of the most crucial times. Train hard, eat well and rest - don't go overboard with the cardio or the diet.

Mother nature will take care of everything else.

Sadly, I've not got many posts left in me due to work committments (I'm moving jobs and will have no net access shortly) but its been a pleasure making your aquaintence over the net.

I'll be back...

day 1 200mg clomid, 80mg nolva, 25mg proviron
days 2-11 100mg clomid, 40mg nolva, 25mg proviron
days 12-finish, 50mg clomid, 20mg nolva EOD, proviron finishes day 17

clen 60mcg for 2 weeks, kyno now added at 1ml ED

seems alot looking at it, but as people say its the most important time. no point bein 240 if you slip to 225 in a couple of weeks!!??

will do nolva therapy at standard dosages in the future with the addition of 50mg clomid and 25mg proviron.

Q answered? :)

as a minor footnote,
strength is still on the increase, examples

5x5 training, incline bench 100kg no help needed and could have carried on
130kg front squats, again no help
scullcrushers 60kg for all of them
lat pulldown (majoring on form) 170lb with rest-pause
ez bar curl 55kg for all of them

havent yet found my limits of actually failing, so its ALL GOOD BABY! feeling much better in myself and my training. was expecting a drop on strength when doin post cycle, not yet anyway. maybe when ive finished the PCT itll drop, but i dont want it to :)

weight is still 237, which i am happy with.

absolute madness, strength is still rising. tried incline bench and did my 1RM@115kg. and that was with relative ease. will switch to dumbells as ive been using a bar for ages now, a nice bit of variation

next course wil be a cutter, something nice and light (prop, winny) with clen and T3. just to shed 10-15lbs fat, then go over to a couple more bulkers. want to be a quality 250-260lbs cutter due to start in 1month

another footnote, back day yesterday, tried deads cos i aint done them in a long time.
warm up 60kgx6
100kgx2
140kgx2
160kgx2
180kgx2
190kgx2
200kgx1

so ive managed to break the 200kg barrier! beat my last PB by 40kg! thats how long ago it was!

shadow,
dandelion root is for water retention, it keeps it low

home made weightgainer, just for calories, bit cheaper than buyin it pre-made

whey, just for protein

maltodextrin is a carb source, cheap cals again

milk thistle is useful as a liver protectant, use if you have orals in your cycle

kept most of my gains, weighhed myself lastnight, 240lb so its goin up

post cycle therapy is a few posts back, clomid+nolva+clen+proviron

money, ? , whats that now????!!!! im too skint to say!

rite all done and dusted, this is a link to a photo taken yesterday.

dont laugh at the posing, or the red-eye!!!!! (or the belly for that matter)

weight was 108.5kg on the gym scales with just tracky bottoms on so thats 238.6, happy considering.
