from what I have pieced together Chad doesnt advise using slin every day - he says it causes a lot of problems on contest day - water retention, bloating etc, plus he says it risks resistance problems the longer you use it.
Instead he seems to advice using humalog-r after the 2 most intesive workouts of the day - so Leg day (Monday) and the next one appears to be back (Thursday). The rest is what you would normally do - except for that I think he uses a small amount more than the every day approach.
Obviously not being one of Chad's athletes this is what I have pieced together from what he and Tom Prince have (not) said on the subject.
I'll see if I can find anything else out - but its like getting blood from a stone this one!

cheers Big Les il try and find something aswell!
week 1 update
weight increase is 8lbs so far! no visible water increase, no back pain, or painful shins
i was a bit hesitant about this bit to whether it would work but il say anyway.
its PB inspired, and from this experience it works. 18 before starting a cycle, overtrain yourself systematically. start a 3-day-split routine(over three days), then have 3 days off. then 3 days training then 1 day off, then upper body 2 days, lower body 2 days, then whole body for 2 days at high volume until absolute failure.
you have systematically overtrained yourself, restrict carbs on day 10 and cut supplements (creatine/whey etc) its daunting and it feels horrible, then have 2 rest days, return everything to normal and try not to do anything on those days (complete rest).
then start the androgen load. i look fuller than i ever have, stomach bit flatter (but that could be from chest looking better.
appetite is better, though i have had the squits for 2 days, shall document strength increases as and when they come.
bring it on, chest tonight

Things look very good Pete. I'll be following your progress eagerly - especially on the hept, I heard nothing but good things about it.
I won't tell Gary you're using someone else's protein powder!

I use it pre contest only. I've just got a big bag from The Whey Consortium - very pleased with it.

Okay this is what I have found on insulin use.
either 10iu am, 10iu postworkout and 10iu pm on back and leg day - monday and thursday. Or the same schedule with 8iu. To be dosed with Humalin-R. i would guess that this is being combined with at least 6iu of GH, but probably more like8/9iu of gh, with 75mcg of T3 for full effect.
How does that sound to you?

havent got the funds to use GH at this time, but i was going to add T3 @25mcg a day just to keep fat levels in check.
but its not far off what i was thinking of 10iu post-workout on training days 10iu B4 breakfast on non training days weekends off. that ok? cheers for the input on the slin Big Les much appreciated!
also quick update, chest lastnight. pre-exhaust flat flies x50 triple drop on flies 8/7/8 triple drop on shallow angle incline press (shoulder injury doesnt allow flat press) also thought id 'test my might' ala mortal kombat. 1RM 110kg on incline press!!! im well impressed, i dont train for strength, and shoulder injury has hampered strength for 7 months.
so im chuffed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pete - not bad Personally I prefer Chad's approach but as I havent tried it I cant really comment. The only drawback with what you do is a possible problem with resistance, and apparently water retention come contest time, also insulin is the reason for pregnant bloated belly syndrome because it plays havoc with the carb up process when you have run it every day, as you have to cut the slin when you want rid of the water. Again I havent applied this. Personally I am leaving slin use until I am knocking on the door of my pro card. Big Les

in that case i shall try your apporach. i dont like water retention at the best of times. and belly is bloated enough from the food im consuming!
also mini update, i think the test is starting to do its magic now. back and (supposed to be) bi's lastnight. after the back section of workout i had so much of a pump in my bi's i couldnt do them! physically couldnt do 3 reps! felt incredible though, never had that much blood in one muscle at any one time. NICE!
i can only attribute this to the heptylate, as ive used TV before. kicking down to maintainance dose of test now (2ml E3D) due to lack of stocks at my source the slin might have to be added at a later date if any. arse. full update to come on mondays.

weeks 2 updatewhat a cracker! 10lbs gain so far, this is now the heaviest ive ever been. no water retention pains still though my upper/middle back does ache if i stand around for to long, i can only put it down to being pumped up. either way its tolerable. psycologically i am stronger, i hope to prove that this week. i am training with a 310lb strongman/BBer tonight and for the rest of the week, he says i train like a pansy so hes goin to 'show me right' diet has been good so far sample, this isnt every day by any means (7.30 50g whey 7.45 100ishg porridge oats with 3/4pt milk 8.30 3 egg on 2 brown toast) i class that as breakfast 10.30 burger + 40g whey + amino acid caps 12.30 ......chicken and rice (sweet+sour/curry/chilli) it varies + protein bar 3pm burger + protein bar + 20g whey + amino acid caps 5pm beef based meal (small) + 20g whey + 100g maltodextrin for pre training 5.45pm training (30g dextrose, 10g whey, 5g creatine) 6.30 100g whey 7.30 solid meal, something mum cooks[:p] 9.30 whey before bed + aminos pre-mixed shakes are always on-hand throughout the night on my bedside cabinet thats a workout day, 475g protein 450g carbs 125g fats 4700cals, and to be honest if i didnt have that much supplementation i wouldnt be able to get my fill of food. as i say thats about average (ish) for a day some more some less, non training days i miss 100g whey and 100ish g carbs which balances out with my target cals nicely il post tomorrow when i get time, boss wants the PC now. il let you know if i have strength increases from new training partner this will be hard................
