dbol blue hearts

I have been trying to research blue hearts and low dosage levels if possible over 12 plus weeks. I see info saying 20-30mcg over 8 weeks. But unsure if wise to use 2/3 tabs for a longer period.

Was hoping to use a low dose to hopefully get small gains just over a longer period.

Dont wish to cause liver damage. Was going to use liv.52 and or milk thistle as a supplement.

What are your thoughts on this.

tbh the problem with low dose dbol is the very short half life of the drug.

thai pinks are 5mg tabs and you could take 20mg per day split into 4 doses but taking any less than that and you'd risk having a period where the active drug level is so low you start to get more estrogen related side effects than you get dbol related gains.

most dbol i can get my hands on these days are 20mg tabs and i'd never take 20mg of dbol in one go if that were hte only drug in my system, i'd half the tabs and take 10mg 3-4 times a day

with regards toxicity, 30mg dbol really has no effect on my liver values mate, so i'd be happy taking that for 10 weeks personally but i would suggest if you want slow, solid gains over 3 months plus, an oral is really not waht you're looking for. maybe inject test 400 every 10 days or so but fook popping dbol 4 times a day for months on end

low dose oxy's may be better as at least you're on having to take one tab in the morning. say split a 50mg into a daily 25mg dose but again don't think i'd do this for month on end

i can see where you're coming from thou, slow and steady gains so it almost looks natural and no one raises an eyebrow but dbol is not really suited to waht you're after. winny, oxy's turinabol would all imho be better suited just due to the half life of the chemical but much much better would be an injectable cycle

Ninja thanks for the reply. To be honest I am a woose with pins. I really dont think I can self do it. Far to nervous. The dbols I have are 10mg currently I am nearing my 8 week cycle. Only been taking 2 a day. 12pm and 4pm. Had some nice gains to be honest.

but hoped I could take this amount into a 3/4 month plus. Someone said to me do it for 6 months. But I could not find anything on the net to support that.

in your recommendation then you would say 10 wks max on 20mg a day upto 30mg.

how much time should I allow before restarting another course.

tbh i wouldn't be concerned at all running 30mg ed for 3 months man. i think liver toxicity is massively overstated and so long as you're avoiding other risk factors like alcohol and taking liv52 or milk thistle i wouldn't worry.

i'd be more worried about the dose spacing tbh but if its working for you then fair enough - but think i'd take 10mg when i got up, then 10 at lunch and 10 at dinner if i were you to spread it out a bit more.

years ago - like a couple of decades ago people would do months of dbol only or dbol and winny without really thinking about it but these days we worry about liver values etc and imho the risk is totally exaggerated. you'd need to look at fairly old cycles to get info on months of dbol in one go but it is out there - i'll see if i have any info at home.

with regards time off. you'll want to go post cycle therapy - there's a sticky on it. this is a drug regime you take after the steroid to reboot your natural testosterone and protect you from the effects of estrogen while your natural test levels get back to normal. general rule is do pct and then take the same time off as you were on cycle. however you can jump back on early but you need to be aware that by doing so you may take longer to fully recover after then second cycle. aim of the game is to keep 90% or so of what you gain on cycle and with a good pct that's entirely possible
