im 35 5ft 11, 14st 4, 45in chest, 33in waist, 15.5in arms,trained for about 5 years with the last 3 being really good training, ive probably got about 12-13% b/f.
wil 30mg per day of dbol over 8 weeks give me some good gains..?
Hi mate, as SB says you might be better off running it for 6 weeks, although in a very recent thread a well-respected MT moderator stated that 8 weeks at 40mg is acceptable when asked by a member.
You can aim for 8 weeks mate and see how it goes, if by week 6 you're seeing signs of gyno, which imho is very possible, start your PCT then, if you're all clear and feeling good run right through to week 8. 30mg-40mg would be my recommendation, I know lots of guys recommend 25mg, while others go even higher than 40mg. Personally I think 35mg e/d for 6 weeks is a nice little cycle!
Now, what you need to know:
DIET is key to bulking mate, without the correct diet you're wasting your time and money running a cycle. If you decide to go ahead and run Dbol you should run it concurrently with 1000mg of Milk Thistle e/d, as Dbol is liver toxic. I recommend www.healthydirect.co.uk
for inexpensive high strength Milk Thistle. You need to make sure you have Nolvadex and/or Clomid in case of gyno and also to run as PCT, the levels SB mentions above are fine. Also if you decide to go with an injectible consider Test Enan - 500mg p/w should provide superb results.
