dbol on training days, thoughts?

i keep reading about people adding in dbol and taking just on training days and just wondered what thoughts were this.

I'm week 10 in a 14 week simple sust 500mg/deca 400mg per week cycle, and used moderate 25mg dbol as a kicker at the beginning for 4 weeks. 

I have many left over so will throwing in on training days add anything?  
assuming with half life my liver would have recovered from initial kicker use?

    Also it takes a good couple of weeks to reach those levels when you start a course.


    I'm afraid the maths isn't in your favour there.  With a half life that short you really aren't looking at weeks at all.

    You don't take dbol on workout days only unless already on a cycle, so it doesn't matter when people start to see gains. People start to see them around the 2week mark anyway because you don't put on enough muscle/water too notice a big change overnight, it takes time...

    I tend to use dbol when on cycle preworkout only to give a nice boost for the session, better than most pre-workout supps. You'll get some strength gains through the workout which will help.

    20-30mg 1hr before workout is about right ime

    well it just is like that, look it up. Most people dont start seeing gains until 2 weeks in, the fact that the half-life is 4-5 hours is irrelevant to how long it takes to build up in the system, troll.


    Don't be silly and learn to discuss like an adult.  Now explain in a mature fashion why you believe that the half-life is irrelevant.

    30mg washed down with a good cup of black coffee 45mins before training works wonders for me. Beta than any pre-workout product on the market by far.
     
    wonder what a DY NOX and 30mg dbol before training would do??? Damn i wish i thought of that earlier when i had some sachets left! D'OH!  ha

    Gives a new meaning to "balls to the wall" training mate. Ran 20-30mg dbol and DY NOX as my preworkout on last cycle and was hitting PBs left right and centre making way from one piece of equipment to the next like a madman.

    Quite some comedown though as starts to wear off though, a little too much for training legs imo

    elliouk, your so wrong i cant believe your even attempting to argue the point.  your own post states the half life and you give a reason for not using it as per the op, then you go straight on to totally contradict yourself.

    do some reading, understand the topic before giving out advice, and sort out the attitude, you do yourself no favours at all.

    back on topic.  I have regularly used dbol purely pre work out, and its actually the only way i would use dbol.  as you get some benefit from it, without alot of the side effects (higher estrogen and its side effects, loss of appetite etc etc)

    20mg an hour before the gym imo

    i like the appetite supression when on cycle, before the gym, cause half way through at the moment im STARVING for my next meal. Thats almost an hour and a half after having a large jacket potato with lots of cottage cheese and a big ass flapjack with a protein shake.

    Might have to get some dbol out....

    The op has clearly stated he is on week 10 of a 14 week test/nandralone cycle, yes using up your dbol over the remaining weeks is a perfectly fine way to do it if that's what you fancy.

    Dbol works better when the test has already kicked in I hav found, synergistic effect and all that.

    4weeks at start kickstart isn't optimal time at all, but then people are impatient.


    30mg Pre-WO works very well.

    I've tried a few different protocols, using preworkout only and using daily. I find 30mg preworkout works well but i've also tried higher which i've found is actually detrimental. 50mg makes me dizzy after heavy sets and has a negative effect on my strength. So will stick to 30mg in future, the theory behind it is pretty sound for preworkout use only but i;m still a bit dubious to whether it really is going to get in the blood stream fast enough for this use, ancedotal evidence is in its favour tho i think.

    elliotuk you are missing the point. The constant levels are not all that necessary when using other meds along side it. If using dbol only then yes you want constant levels as you want the increased protein synthesis etc on a daily basis. But if you are already using other meds then you already have the increased protein synthesis occuring so you don't have to worry about it. Using it preworkout eliminates the bulk of the sides such as gyno, water rentention etc that is often seen from consistant daily use.

    A single dose will (in theory) still exhibit the effects you desire and do so at exactly the time you want them; during the workout and during the postworkout period. So instead of 10mg 3 times per day use 30mg at once, allowing for anabolic effects during the period of time you want them as explained above. All the while without the negative effects being experienced, providing dose is kept moderate.

    So the general consensus is that taking dbol 20-30mg prework actually works and avoids the majority of the side effects?. Would i be right in saying if you did a 4 day split per week that you could take dbol preworkout for alot longer duration than the standard ed dosing for 4-6 week, without stressing the liver out too much due to having 3 days off a week?

    im on 100mg test p ed atm, and also using 30mg dbol pre workout. first time i have ever used it like this, i cant really speak of "gains" attributed to the dbol, but it certainly makes me stronger and more aggressive in the gym. killer pumps, too :)

    Dbol won't stress the liver that much anyway IME.     Get tests done and if ok just continue to run.
