RE: dbol+sus first cycle.
cheers diet will be about 350g protien, 50g good fats, no salt ,about 150g carbs. iv started having tuna shakes wich mounds up during the day to 200g protien then iim eating lots off mixed veg fruit during the day and just basicly as clean as possible, plus training is 5 times a week, mind you it might go down to 3 cos i hav herd you get bad pump pains from dbol. its my first cyle and i dont want to waste my money and hard work by not feeding my body with what it needs. cheers i might just run the dbal for the first 6 weeks. ps shall i still do creatine
