deca and var?

anyone give me any advice on this? i want strength not size preferably and thought about usin deca on its own but have been told not to for some reason :s. and as var is so mild it wont give me tht much size like say dbol or anadrol would. any advice would be useful as im new to roids, i know a bit but not much

    why not use deca alone? i did and suffered no problems. maybe its only using high amounts that cause all the problems and seen as ur new you can use maybe 1 a week

    also it helps if you state your age? stats? etc

    IMO if it's your first cycle 500mg of test/week for 10 weeks.

    if you use 2 compounds and your body reacts to one of them how will you know which?

    then do pct as explained in the article above.

    hmmm, iv read about clomid, hcg n all that and dun bits of research here n there on different steroids and im also curious as to how mad u go wen u train on them i.e. do u bang out the sets like theres no 2moro. anutha thing i wanted to know is if ur using deca alone what sort of size do u gain?

    Not wise to use Deca on its own mate as stated add some test like sust or enthate, i gained just over a stone when i done this first time.

    personally i train the same on/off cycle.

    either 3 times a week / sometimes 4.

    your body needs to rest to grow.
