RE: decline on decline db bench press
i do decline bb as ive read from about 3 sources including mt that it helps for strength as opposed to muscle building by trying to 'hit' the bottom of the pec as was once believed.
results, none to feed back on as of yet, i mean, if decline does help with a slight tiny bit of increase in strength for a chest press, surely this would be beneficial as youll be able to load up more or do more reps on flat or incline bench db/bb press.
just my 2 centavos worth though
