what sort of lamb was diced - it makes a huge difference

Lean Stewing lamb: per 100g (cooked)

not sure les - bought it from the butchers, was just listed as diced lamb in the window

looked identical to the diced beef i got - which im pretty sure was braising steak. slow cooked both in seperate casserole dishes for 4 hours or so each. does that help you determine which it might be? :s

and RHF i tried using that site but its quite complicated. thats the problem with buying butchers meat - no nutritional information labels!
