looks like alot of powder no need for whey in some meals.
If it were me an im no expert but i would:-
10- loss whey and move meal forward up egg whites to about 7-8 and i would have some carbs here ie w/m toast/wheatbix/oats amounts would depend on stats etc.
12.30- use a whole tin of tuna and loss the whey add some salad keep flax.
3.00 not sure on this product? what does it contain?
4.00 -looks ok.
6.30-7.00 inless still very active for a cut i wouldnt have such a carb heavy meal here.
9.30-10- i would opt for more soild protien and healthy fats from flax etc and some veg.
if not quark or cottage cheese would be ok.
how longs ur am cv looks abit long and u train for 1.5 in the after noon?

Make u sure decrease cals slowly and for your size u MIGHT need abit more food.
