diet check please!
Hey just wanted a quick diet check, looking to bulk up, current status 6ft2 weight 79 kilos, looking to get to around 90 kilos!
Been training solid now for about 3 months but just want a quick check see if my diet could do with improvemnt.
7.30 am - 4 slices toast with peanut butter 2 bananas
9.30 am - flap jack and fruit salad
11.30 - pasta wiv a tin of tuna
2.00 - protein shake with malto dextrose .
4.00 post work out shake with malto dextrose
4.30 have boiled rice with chicken breast and veg
7.30 - cottage cheese with salad and pasta
10.00 - protein shake b4 bed
not sure i think i got too much carbs in there?? would be really grateful for some advice
