Re:diet during pct
alright lads, can i just add to my previous post.
thanks all4n for the info was spot on,
anyway i have now done 15 days of pct, day 1 - 60mg . days 2 -11 - 40 mg and 3 days of 20. i have just booked a hol and its in 3 weeks, i would still like to cut a little right up to when i go so could i lower the carbs again now or am i still in the zone where i risk my gains. since starting pct i have gone down to 3 days per week and upped carbs in order to keep as much as poss. but with only 3 weeks left i would like to drop a few pounds. so am i far enough into pct for my body to be normal enough to cut and keep as much muscle as poss.
