diet for 6 weeks, help?
hello, its time for me to lose some fat and i have been reading alot about these diets so going to give it a try. im 6ft 4", 210lb age:25 im also using winstrol oral alone to try and maintain my muscle? heres what im eating.
8.30am: 30mins walking with heartbeat below 120bpm
9am: protein shake and 15grams peanut butter
12noon: Tuna/chicken and 60grams cashew nuts
3pm: protein shake and 15grams peanut butter
5pm: weights, a diffrent body part each day
6pm: salmon/beef with brochili cabbage/lettuice
9pm: 5 omega3 eggs
11pm: protein shake with 15grams peanut butter
i drink 3 litres of water per day and suppliment with omega 3,6,9 multi vitamin tablets and garlic tablets. also milk thistle 1000mg.
Does this look ok, i started all this yesterday and dont feel to hungry yet.
