diet for a cut

7.30 - Small whey shake (40g) + bowl of bran flakes (approx 50g) + banana/apple/smoothie + multivit

11.00 - 80g MRP shake

12.45 - Ham/Beef/Chicken/Salmon (approx 80g) + salad + brocoli/carrots/sweetcorm + piece of fruit

2.40 - 30g of mixed nuts and seeds

TRAIN

4.00 - 70g of Hurricane XS (PWO)

6.00 - Chicken/beef (approx 80g) + veg + peanut butter + 1 slice of whole meal bread

9.30 - large tin of tuna

Additional
-with caps of CLA and EFA
-5/6 litres of water
-two cups of green tea


PLEASE ADVISE too much....too little?

    cutting at 76kg?

    why?

    if you are fat at 76kg you are losing weight
