RE: diet help
700am get up 3 wheetabix cup of coffee
10am cup of tea and chicken saled sandwich on two slices of whole meal bread
lunch time cup of tea and two slices brown whole meal bread with ham chicken or tuna.
dinner 4 medium potatos with veg and verios meat .
supper sandwich two slices of brown bread with meat and saled filling.
i dont drink any fizzy drinks. i drink about a litre of water a day
i do have the odd chocalate bar or biscut.
i have take out once a week and have a least 6 pints of cider once a week
i have done an oral dbol cycle about a month ago but lost most of the weight i gained
i dont take supplements every day i might take cretine one week and then not for a few weeks.
i train with weights 3 times every week for an 45 min to an hour.
mon chest and arms .wed shoulders and back. fri legs. i dont have a set routine.
i do cardio evry second day normally a half hour on a treadmill.
i can bench 80kg for ten reps and i use 17kg dumb bells for curls and shoulder press.
at work im on my feet most of the time its a pysical job .
i weigh 88kgs i am 6ft tall .bf is in double figures i dont have any way of testing it but i have a gut .
i hope this is a bit better when i think about it i still eat a lot of crap.
