diet help.

Just wanted someone to take a look at my diet and tell me if im on the right track.My goal is to get as lean as possible but obviously retain as much muscle as poss.I currently weigh 80kg i am 30yrs old and 5ft 9 inch tall my BF is about 25%.I started dieting 3 weeks ago and began at 83kg.I am eating about 2000 to 2500cals a day 300g of carbs,175g of protein and 30g fat.A sample day would look like this:

meal1 75g oats +skim milk
meal2 turkey+wholegrain rice
meal3 turkey+wholegrain rice
train 2 hrs after meal 3
meal4 glucose drink
protein shake
meal5 fish ,rice ,brocolli
supplement vit c and vit e with meal 1

I am wanting to know if my cals are too low.I train 2 days on one day off.How often should i do cardio.I know that you will probably say 1st thing but some times im at work at 7AM!!!!Also im looking at a 7 week time scale for my diet.How should it change over the next 7 weeks.
Sorry about all the question but i figure if you dont ask ......

    what is the content of your training sessions slim? if you're leaning down early morning cardio is good, pre-breakfast, when your working hours allow you to. it sounds like its working, slowley but surely! if it aint broke dont try and fix it! m
