diet opinions

I ve used this diet to cut before with good results, dropping approx 1 to 1.5lbs a week over a 12 week cut, but maintaining muscle mass and strength. It is a combination of of my research and a couple of articles in flex.

I m just looking for opinions.

Wake 7.30
25g whey

8.00
amino acids

8.30
90g oats, 200ml milk, probiotic drink, 2 whole eggs. (Multi vit, omega 3's, vit C, Glucosmine sulphate).

9.30
L-carnate amino acid

10.45
34g casein, 13g whey

12.15
120g granery bread, 140g ham or chicken, large salad.

13.45
L-carnate amino acid

15.15
37g whey, 22g dextrose.

17.30
350g mash potato and 200g heinz beans or 300g noodles and broccoli, 135g chicken.
(Multi vit, omega 3's, vit C).

19.30
amino acids

20.00
TRAINING/CARDIO

21.15
amino acids

21.30
50g whey, 44g dextrose

22.30
50g cottage cheese
30g avacado

23.15
46g casein

23.30
Bed time

This works out at approx 2900-3000 calories, 295-305g carbs, 305-315g protein, 65-75g fats.

I also use clen when I diet 2 weeks on 2 off.

I have been training 4.5 years, I am 5.7 and 200lbs, 14% b/f.

bench 110kg, squat 150kg, deadlift 160kg.

cheers tony

L-carnate amino acid Carnitine has been shown to be relatively ineffective a a fatloss supp

High mate. Your certainly dedicated to getting a regular supply of protein, your carb intake seems a bit hit and miss, some measl are devoid, some are very high e.g 17.30 IMO spread it more evenly across the day and try to rely on low g.i. sources aside from PWO. You could also consider using whole food sources of protein as you are quite reliant on supps.
