diet prep 7weeks out from west mids ukbff

Would be grateful if anyone could critiqe my current diet 11 weeks out from ukbff first timers age 22, 5'8, 14st 2
6am Whey protein 40g
6.30 Supplements bcaa liquid form
7am Train weights
8.30 Whey protein 40g
9am Cardio
10am 8 egg whites 100g oats with black coffee and bcaa
12pm 100g chicken breast with brocoli
2pm  100g chicken breast with brocoli
4pm 100g chicken breast with brocoli
6pm 100g chicken breast with brocoli
All the above topped with three table spoons of udo's choice oil
8pm 10oz steak with mixed veg 
10.30 bed time whey protein 40g with bcaa
been witht this deit for 5weeks without seeing any real hardcore gains and it pissing me off as i wanna come in granit to **** and im not losing any weight however abs are showing but still holdin water and looking smooth in my back,legs and arm? any advice would be appreciated thank you.

    100g oats once a day isnt going to do you justice. In my experience even when low-carbing it you want most your carbs in the morning and after training. what are your macros? I hope your not just guessing it? At this point you should know what works for you..personally I'd drop the fats, up the carbs. Do cardio first thing on empty stomach and again last thing at night before your last meal.

    ukbff dont have first timers categories this year either bud
