RE: diet ratio's?
my approach currently?
100g of carbs a day
40g of fat
400g of protein
2 hours of cardio
is that clever? possibly not but i am getting quite ripped so i will crack on
TBH ratios as stated mean little to me
grams, yes and TBH again i think people eat too mucj protein to bulk and often too few carbs to cut. i may be guilty of the latter but i have a comp coming up and on a fine line
i think high carb cutting is fine if its matched by high output
high protein bulking on low carbs = no IMO
