diet ratio's?

just a quick post, i was wondering wot most of you's out there diets consist of in ratio terms? me myself personally feel i grow better and look fuller with a 60% carbs, 20% protein, 20% fat, i also diet with ratio as the way i see it if it ain't broke don't fix it just lower cal input and more cal output. any feedback would be great thanks

    60/20/20

    so

    on 4000 calories bulk

    that =

    600g of CHO
    200g protein
    ~90g fat

    on a 2000 calorie cut

    that =

    300g of carbs
    100g of protein
    ~45g of fat

    IMO ratios mean little

numbers are to some extent important but ratios mean little

sorry i meant to say when dieting i tend to keep my calories on the high end but increase my intensity with my training and increase the duration of my cardio but also try to time my carbs around breakfast and training time which i feel keeps me looking full whilst dieting but i suppose everyone is different ain't they

    my approach currently?

    100g of carbs a day
    40g of fat
    400g of protein

    2 hours of cardio
    weights daily

is that clever? possibly not but i am getting quite ripped so i will crack on

TBH ratios as stated mean little to me

grams, yes and TBH again i think people eat too mucj protein to bulk and often too few carbs to cut. i may be guilty of the latter but i have a comp coming up and on a fine line

i think high carb cutting is fine if its matched by high output
high protein bulking on low carbs = no IMO
