You basically have to eat clean.
- Wholemeal bread, weetabix, oatmeal, brown rice, cottage cheese etc
-Slow releasing protein throughout the day such as, tuna, chicken, turkey and a fast releasing
Protein straight after your workout which would be a normal protein shake.
- Fish, nuts, seeds etc
So for example, if you was eating corn flakes for breakfast, substitute it with weetabix or oarmeal, for a mid morning snack eat wholemeal bread rather than white bread.
Try to have 5-7 meals a day, mix in a lot of veg and drink a lot of water. All these things will boost your metabolism
Calculate your BMR which will tell you how many calories you burn on the daily basis, once you know that, eat less kcal by about 200-300kcal and you should burn off the fat without losing that much muscle
