    Do you mean percentages?

    Those add up to 120%.
    Do you not mean 40/40/20?
    This is quite normal.

You basically have to eat clean.

*Complex carbs- Wholemeal bread, weetabix, oatmeal, brown rice, cottage cheese etc
*Protein-Slow releasing protein throughout the day such as, tuna, chicken, turkey and a fast releasing
Protein straight after your workout which would be a normal protein shake.
*Good fats- Fish, nuts, seeds etc

So for example, if you was eating corn flakes for breakfast, substitute it with weetabix or oarmeal, for a mid morning snack eat wholemeal bread rather than white bread.

Try to have 5-7 meals a day, mix in a lot of veg and drink a lot of water. All these things will boost your metabolism

Calculate your BMR which will tell you how many calories you burn on the daily basis, once you know that, eat less kcal by about 200-300kcal and you should burn off the fat without losing that much muscle

or train hard whilst you are doing this and you will put on muscle. Also I think 20% is way too high for your fat levels.

You should be training hard regardless of cutting or not, ime/imo diet and timing of carbs/protein plays a greater role in muscle gain while cutting. Also please can you elaborate why 20% for fats is way too high for cutting? everyone being individuals and all ..........

i would worry about the ephedrine stripping the fat of you coz it wont lol. just stick to a diet and training for now, if you want to add in eph later then go for it but theres no reason yet imo
