dieting and keeping muscle mas

All,
 
Apologies if this subject has been posted previously but I couldnt find the answer.
 
I am currently dropping bodyfat but want to keep muscle. I have been advised by someone from our gym to have 2 shots of test ex per week for 8 weeks.
Is this the best option to keep hardness, stop bloating and keep muscle or is there a better option?

    Why would you need to stop bloating if you're dieting? Test E may well have the opposite effect tbh.

    You could achieve what you want just by dieting sensibly but banging in some test will certainly make it easier.

    Yes a relatively low dose of Test will help retain muscle mass while cutting, you will probably actually gain a small amount of LBM while cutting.
    Exogenous Test will also speed your metabolism and increase lipolysis.

    Ignorance: Reassuringly Expensive.
