i got a digital scale off ebay called FUZZION NITRO MINI CARD. it measures in gms/ oz/ gn/ ct. its full capacity weight is 450gms and reads as low as 0.1gm.

    it was about £10-£15

i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life.

main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

i got a set of 'dealer' scales from e-bay for abot a fiver. though after a while you get to know how much you've got on the spoon so the scales then become redundant

all natural, no proteenz, you only got one liver son------mr angry (jacked fibras cut like diamonds)

Spot on. You should borrow a set after all you only need to weigh the scoop a few times to get an average reading and know what is what. Basically half a teaspoon is about 3-5g.
