dips

how would dips fit into building a monsterous chest? should it only be used to develop the lower chest?

should i do dips after or before i bench? till complete failer

    Dips are a brilliant upper-body exercise and are much like any exercise you do, if you work hard at them and add resistance on a regular basis then you will build muscle and strength and well as strong stabilisers.

    As for where in the workout you do them, it depends on what your priority is. If you want to be a bench monster then do your benching first, otherwise you could mix it up and do a few sessions with bench 1st and then switch and do dips first for a few sessions.
