dips....

When doing a 5x5 routine.....should you lean forward to concentrate more on the chest? If so, would another tricep exercise be a good idea? Thinkin maybe a 3x8...

    it depends if your using it as a chest exercise or a tricep exercise. dips hit both your chest and triceps, just like bench pressing. if you have 2 chest exercises in there, thats including dips, then you don't need another tricep exercise. but if you are using dips first, then lets say shoulder press, i would add close grip bench in or something like that.

    i like to have a couple of sets of tri exercises in, only do 8 sets for chest and 4 for delts though.
