I use accupressure quite a bit mate on any niggles or injuries. Works pretty well and i have cured myself of some pretty painful injuries in the past with trigger point therapy. I find it works very well.

Trigger and acupuncture points & therapies are two different entities, though they do carry some similarities.

Do you have to use special needles for that?  They look very fine indeed.

Don't know anything about accupuncture. But in trigger point therapy that i do you just use finger tip pressure. My chiropractor uses extremely fine needles pushed into the trigger points, so fine you don't feel them but they have cured me of a long term upper back problem. I use the trigger point stuff with finger tips on any little niggles weight training inevitabily gives you, i find it very useful.

Too risky to do yourself as easy to damage as repair

Everyone has been in shape, but not everyone is IN shape, its about where your going not where you have been.

ah ryt so acupuncture is thicker needles for spesific points and trigger points in fine needles into knots/ tigger pints etc
