    Generally yes.

As far as I know, forgiveness is for the benefit of the person doing the forgiving, not the one being forgiven

To be honest no, but I live for my little perks in life, my training for 1.

    Nope.

Nothing contributes so much to tranquilizing the mind as a steady purpose - a point on which the soul may fix its intellectual eye.

I was just thinking this today mate (so funny you should post this)

After a hell of along time off weight training, I've finally joined a gym and had my 1st session today (feels freakin AWESOME, and really looking forward to DOMS tomorrow lol)
Going to be running the Great North Run (sounds stupid, but it's a major thing for me)
Got a great circle of friends(3 of which are serious trainers too ), and couldn't have a better family.
Doing a degree that I love (seriously, how many students can say that?)...

So yeah life's great at the moment....

    y?

surely that one hour slot from 9pm-10pm on bbc1 every wednesday is worth keeping going for?

Well yes.....a one hour helping of Raef-goodness a week does help

I just don't enjoy my life, I can't really explain why. Hopefully things will improve

I don't not enjoy it but at the same time it's not amazing if you know what I mean, I can see this being different in a few years to come though hopefully.

Yes, ive achieved alot because i have worked hard and still am. This i find, allows me to enjoy life far more than anything else ever would have.

" Do not tell me to play the hand i've been dealt. To hell with the cards and damn the dealer! Any man can achieve anything if he works hard enough, and thats the truth of it. Go at it with all that you are, and it is within your reach"

    Nah, not much tbh.

Gym used to be my hour in the day, the rest being serfdom. Even now the gym is less interesting than it used to be.
