doctors please

any help with a wrist injury though heavy snatches inside left wrist dont use straps snatch 2/3 times a week 100-120 kgs
can wear wrist sup[port in comps would like any advise on any creams or manipulation or what ever before i have ton try the corterzone in it can anybody advise please

my current training;

tuesday

cleans 2x2 120-130
front squats 5x5 or 3x3 120 140
clean pulls 5x5 150

wednesday

snatch 2x2 100-110
snatch pulls 5x5 110-115
deadlifts 3x3 160-180

friday

clean and jerks 3x2 120-130
clean pulls light 3x3 140

saturday

power snatch or light snatch 3x2 80 2x2 90-100
front squats 5x5 120-130

    it did not rearly happen as such i think it is just because i have just stepped my training up not snatched for over 6 months started back few months ago only hurts on snatch i think because of the wide grip even froont squat is fine

    maybe you should try some direct forearm training. If it is ok in other exercises it is probably the impact on the joint more than the weight itself.

    thanks ozzy makes a lot of sense dont do any fore arm work i suppose it is lagging a bit you only as strong as the weakest point i suppose doing a more general all over prog may help
