dodgy computer repair places

Anybody see this? Another link.

Got to say it doesn't surprise me much but depressing reading all the same. Also I learned what "mamma jammas" means.

    Nothing new - PC World openly admit to doing it.  That's how Mr Glitter was caught.

    Very off though (even in Glitter's case)

    Yeah, if they stitched up Glitter they could stitch up anyone.

    They should go undercover in their own departments. Sky T.V for example has an appauling customer service record.

    I'm not surprised as its what you expect, am more surprised they actually tried to access online banking with the details they got.  If you had any brains you would only do that if you knew what you were doing, which is worrying if it is not a spur of the moment thing.
