There was a time I absolutely loved it...90 minutes a session on the step machine...those days are long gone...[V]

Mind numbing slow fat burning sessions on a static exercise bike are beyond me.

My cardio consists of footie, squash, swimming, ma - so I'm voting YEEAH BABY. Weight training has really helped my performance too.

I really enjoy the breathlessness, warmth and fatigue at the end of a session, whether it be a 2 hour swimming session or a 20 minute HIIT circuit.

I agree the buzz afterwards is good. And if I am feeling motivated on the day and have a good CD to listen to while I am doing it, I sort of enjoy it.

But 90% of the time I absolutely hate it and would much rather play sport instead so this is what I do. Tennis and badminton 3 or 4 times a week. If I have a few days with no sport arranged, I will go for a long walk out in the country. So much more interesting than walking in the gym staring at my feet in the mirror (I'm tall so that's all I can see!)

I love it. I would do cardio for six hours a day if it was possible. There is nothing in the world that can make you look or feel so good. Good section James!

I detest cardio - bottom and mind numbing sessions on the bike, brainless sessions on the treadmill.
    But unfortunately a necessary evil.

There has to be a better way!

I knew the subject of women would come up when I was writing that lol A little tip from me. Unless you do adequate cardio you'll need the woman that you pull to wear lots of makeup ;)

I don't mind cardio. Not the same buzz as lifting unless it's a good bball game but I'm quite happy doing it.
