does anyone get the shakes?

does anyone get the shakes after training? every time i have an intense training session like legs today i always seem to shake today obiously in my legs but when i have a heave back session my hands shake and i cant hold my drink still.
was wondering if this is normal, or is it just me?

    You need some simple carbs, just prone to going slightly hypo by the sounds of it.  Whats your pre-workout diet like, when do you eat before training how long for and what do you eat?

    i always train in the moning so i have breakfast which is 4 scrambled eggs and two pieces of toast(brown bread) i ususally eat this about an hour before i train.
    yeah i do get hypo in the gym at the moment ive been taking between 15-25 seconds rest between each set i only do this so i burn off more calories.
    what do you think i should eat before hand?

    More carbs before training... two slices of toast isn't a lot of carbs.

    Anything would help, even something like a pint of milk.

    i do have pint of milk with breakfast i usually have 3 pints a day. do you think something like porridge would be alrite?

    I used to when I was ona comp diet. Lack of carbs was the cause!

    I've never had this, and usually eat little to nothing before training. Maybe a can of energy drink and a chocolate bar or something.

    Sounds as though you are prone to hypos and use up carb stores quickly. 

    Try firstly increasing the amount of complex carbs pre-training.  Up it to 4 slices toast.

    If that doesn't work, sip a drink throughout like lucozade or similar, throughout your workout.

    Protein is not the only thing you need to grow by far, don't underestimate the importance of carbs!

    Do you box?  I get this but only in my hands if I hit a bag or hit pads.
