i do the online calorie counter thing,
works out at between 2000-2200 a day,
    macros, 51g - fat
    170g - carbs
    235 - protein.

yesterday was around 140g carbs, which is normal.

i will admit i dont eat alot of fibre, as i try to eat same thing 6 days a week with 1 day off.

Why not chuck in some fibrous veg before looking to supplement, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Spinach are some of the best sources and taste great, especially when you melt some real butter on it :)

Psyllium husk is a great fibre supplement with benefits beyond that of providing dietary fibre!

    many thanks.

Used them breifly when having lots of shakes, but cannot justify the price.  Tried some of MyProtein's apple fibre powder but it is the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted to be honest so it went in the bin.

    Unaffiliated.

Eat more fibrous veg for a start as gothicmuscle had suggested.

If still having problems buy some psyllium husk, works wonder. Try 5g per day for a start then increase as necessary.
