I am guessing you're dieting, so 3 caps/day should be the staple (increase to 4 caps/day later on in the diet if you continue to be highly active).
1 cap upon waking (+ coffee or fat burner, and maybe BCAAs or some whey before cardio)
1 cap ~4hrs after the first dose
1 cap 45-60 minutes before evening weight training
You train quite late, and some say that LX too close to bed time keeps them awake, but if you increase to 4 caps, you could take your third dose approx 2-4hrs before training and then the fourth with your post-training or pre-bed meal. Best to spread them out if you can.
