    Flat Dumbell Bench - 50Kg x 8
    Incline Dumbell bench - 44Kg x 10

I don't use Dumbells with regularity at the moment so those numbers are from weeks and weeks ago.

    db shoulder press 20 x 8
    flat bench 25 x 4/6

what other exercises do you want to know?

btw it doesnt really matter what other people do you should just stick with a weight that for you is hard to get a certain amount of reps with.

your muscles use the cals form growth and energy so dont put to much fat on, i like to keep lean all year round and cut up more in the summer. some people eat to much and they start toget bellys. just gotta keep a eye on what you eat. think being young helps keep fat away.

dont do no cardio when lean bulking, just doing carido when cutting, i start about feb ready for the summer, 3-4 times aweek 40 mins at a steady pace, prefebly in the morning unfueled is ment best for fat lost, my diet is in my journal.
