eating before HIT training

This week im adding in 2 HIT sessions on two off my non weights days, i also train with weights for 3 days. Anyway what im looking to know is how to fit my meals around my HIT sessions.
How does this look.

3pm 1chicken breast
2 slices wholemeal bread
1 banana

4pm 25min HIT sessions

5pm 100g porridge oats
150g tuna

Does this look ok or should i change meal times ? Do i need a pwo shake?

    no you dont

you may be sick with that HIIT session an hour after you eat. I would leave at least 90-120 mins before HIIT then just eat one of your scheduled meals after, no biggie

Just a note for the OP. HIT is high-intensity training and is not the same thing as HIIT, which is high-intensity interval training.
