eating plan

Hey hope someone can help me, lets get it rolling i wanna pack on some size but athletic! i'm 5'9 11st and 29yrs old with about 5-6% body fat, i've been training for many years but not really to pack size on.

Here is a sample of my day food intake

Yeah no worries, but firstly you should know i dont want to be massive just abit bigger i would prefer more athletic looking (I do run and play sport too.)

Ok here goes
6:00am morning is cereal + toast or oat bar + smoothie (including banana/strawberries/soya milk/ and 2 eggs most of the time)

10:00 2 x chicken barms + yoghurt + oat bar + apple + grapes

14:00 1 x chicken barm + oat bar + grapes

18:00 pasta and chicken

Can anyone suggest something better for me thanks

    that answers itself though

you dont want to add fat, you havent as a result gained size

5% is ripped to the bone, utterly shreaded so you either sacrafice that to some extent or stay 11 stone

there isnt a half way house really
