RE: eating times
you do not have to eat like a horse you just need to feed your body what it needs - good,clean food,medium fats,fibrous and slow releasing carbs and enough protein.
i'm sure there are lots of posts in the nutrition forum.
eat about 6 smaller meals a day and a few protein shakes,nothing in between. and stay away from kfc and fish and chips.
